EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jane Freeman is the second full-time Executive Director of Baby Bundles. She spends her days ensuring that the mission of the organization is carried out through work with the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, volunteers, and donors. She came to Baby Bundles in 2023 after 9 years at Communities In Schools. A native Charlottean and mom to three, Jane is passionate about building community with and around others.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

As Director of Development, Vanessa leads Baby Bundles’ fundraising and partnership efforts, overseeing the organization’s annual development strategy, donor engagement, special events, and corporate and community relationships. Before joining Baby Bundles, she built her career in marketing and public relations, working in both Michigan and Washington, D.C.  A proud mom of two, Vanessa is passionate about helping families thrive and is grateful to support Baby Bundles’ mission to provide meaningful support to new parents across the Charlotte community.

PROGRAM AND VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

If you’ve been to the Baby Bundles warehouse, you know the magic and impact that take place in our space. Amy Fonville is the leader of our volunteer and partner platforms. She coordinates numerous volunteers to distribute thousands of bundles. Prior to joining Baby Bundles, Amy worked in various sales and management roles and has spent countless hours volunteering at her two daughters’ schools.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

As Social Media Manager, Jade brings Baby Bundles’ mission and impact to life through creative storytelling, digital strategy, and content creation. Her passion for service first connected her with Baby Bundles as a volunteer, making her role on the team especially meaningful. At present, Jade is a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she is pursuing her passion for marketing, entrepreneurship, and community impact. She is grateful to combine her love for creativity and service while helping share the stories of Baby Bundles’ families, volunteers, donors, and community partners
